v Teaching the prescribed course units such as Health and Wholeness,
Human resource management, Politics and Development, Project planning and
management, Gender and Development, Rural Development, Monitoring and
Evaluation, political economy of Uganda, community development and
Entrepreneurship, participatory development, theory and management of
organizations.
v Setting and marking course works and examinations, I have been
engaged in Marking and assessing students in the departments above since 2008.
This also involves Setting Questions for exams turned in to the lecturers
every semester.
v Meeting and advising students of career development and research or
dissertation writing.

May 2009, to date the General Secretary to the Quality Assurance Committee
of Foundation Studies department. This committee was established to improve
on the quality of education offered and to find remedies to the challenges
faced by both the lecturers and students at large.
·
May 2009- December 2009, I volunteered and participated in research, editing and proof
reading the Health and Wholeness students workbook, UCU publication.
·
As a
coordinator of Health and wholeness, I have had an opportunity to meet the
new tutors for guidance in relation to the mode of Assessment and Evaluation.
·
I developed a hand book for guiding students
while studying the political Economy of Uganda.

Jan 2012 to date, I am currently undertaking a study
entitled: Community health systems and their significance to community health
promotion. A case study of Lwengo District.
March, 6th, 2012: I presented a paper on: Introduction to
Group dynamics and working in teams to Uganda Christian University-Mission
for Civic Awareness and Health.(UCU-MICAH).
Jan.2011- Dec. 2011, I conducted a study entitled: Waste
management practices and their implications to urban development: A case
study of Kyazanga Town council. (MA. Thesis).

September 2008, Appointed Research Assistant on the paper
that was presented on the topic: Skills training in small and medium firms by
Mr. Katono Isaac, Principal Researcher in the school of research and post
graduate studies and a lecturer at Uganda Christian University- Mukono
April, 2008 to Dec. 2008, Appointed Research Assistant on the PhD project for Katusiimeh
Mesharch Lecturer/principal Researcher, on the title: Public-private
partnerships in urban Environmental infrastructure in East Africa: A case of
solid waste management.
Oct. 2007- MArch. 2008, I conducted a study entitled: The Impact
of decentralization system on health service delivery- Sanitation and
Hygiene: A case study of Malongo
Sub-County.
